Return & Refund Policy

At Crafted For You, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized, we want to ensure you know exactly how returns and refunds work.


1. Customized Orders

Since custom pieces are made specifically for you (with your chosen image, text, or design), they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item received is different from your order details

If you believe your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Customized Items

For non-customized products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Email them to info@craftedforyou.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. How to Start a Return

Please contact us at info@craftedforyou.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process.


📌 Important:
We cannot accept returns for orders where incorrect images, sizes, or personalization details were provided by the customer during checkout. Please double-check your order before confirming.
